1. Introduction
OCWC app is the mobile application developed for Cambodian migrant workers to check the status of document processing and working information on receiving country. Only users who registered with OCWC app will be able to check their information through scanning their OCWC card or by providing information like name and date of birth.
OCWC is a platform is developed by HIGH SOLUTIONS HOLDING CO.,LTD. (HISO) that authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia (MLVT).
- The type of personal data we may collect includes:
a. Personal information: Latin name, Khmer name, Gender, and Date of birth.
b. Workpermit: Workpermit Number, Registration Date, Employment Service Date, Travel Doucument, Demand for Work, List of Receive Country, Visa Information, Departure Date, and Return Date.
c. Work address: Work address, Work country.
We use the personal data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to provide the services you request, to develop new services, and to protect OCWC and our users.

b. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: WE MAY USE OR DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IF REQUIRED TO DO SO BY LAW OR IN RESPONSE TO VALID REQUESTS BY PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (E.G. A COURT OR A GOVERNMENT AGENCY).
